Party Trick is a sketch comedy team from the Magnet Theater in New York, NY. While birthed in 2023, its members have long haunted the stage performing sketch, improv, musical improv, stand-up, plain old regular theatre, and dance, too. Off stage, their writing has appeared on websites like McSweeney’s, Hard Drive, and The Onion, as well as actual news websites with journalistic standards and stuff. This diverse team delights in creating ridiculous yet thought-provoking comedy to find the humor in today’s stories and social norms. In 2024, the team performed at the inaugural DC Sketchfest.
This is Party Trick’s first appearance at Philly Sketchfest.
